The Third and Final Building
Having built and sold Villas Del Rio (now Bermuda Palms Resort), Bermuda Landing, and on the verge of completing Bermuda Beach Resort, developer Chris Barenfanger has started the last building at the resort. With the addition of building 3 it completes a private and secure, enclosed seaside resort and with plenty of additional parking.
The new project features a four story structure with eight 2 bedroom 2 bath Suites with verandas overlooking our Tropical gardens, pools and the Caribbean Sea. A rooftop sundeck makes the sunsets second to none.
As is our tradition, early investors can help design and customize their Suite and get the opportunity to choose their tiles, cabinets etc. This enables you to partake in the creation of your home away from home.
